Refund & Return Policy

Returns
You may return any attar within 7 days of delivery if the bottle seal is unbroken and the packaging is intact. Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it at our cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bKash or bank transfer.
Exchanges
Prefer a different scent or size? We will exchange a sealed bottle once, free of charge, inside Dhaka.
